1. Damaged Items
While we take the utmost care in packaging your order, damage may occasionally occur during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged product, please follow the procedures outlined below.
2. Reporting Damaged Goods
- To initiate a return or exchange for a damaged product, please contact Heyheart within 2 business days of receiving your order. You can reach us via Instagram @heyheart.in
- Please note that all return and exchange requests must be accompanied by an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the packaging and the damaged item(s) upon arrival.
3. Unboxing Video Requirements
To ensure efficient processing of your request, kindly adhere to the following guidelines when submitting your unboxing video:
- The video must be a single, continuous recording without any edits.
- Clearly display the shipping label with your order information.
- Show the unopened package from all angles.
- Clearly show the damaged item(s) and the nature of the damage.
4. Exchange Procedure
- Upon reviewing the unboxing video, if the damage is determined to be the responsibility of Heyheart or occurred during the shipping process, we will gladly offer an exchange for the damaged item(s).
5. Query Resolution
We strive to resolve all customer queries within 20-30 business days.

7. Refund Policy
Please note that Heyheart does not provide refunds in any other case except for when a damaged item is deemed exchangeable and the original item is unavailable.
8. Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost during the shipping process, Heyheart will gladly create and ship a replacement for you free of charge or issue a credit note for the original purchase price.. However, please note that refunds will not be provided in this instance.
In circumstances outside of the aforementioned categories, if you decide you no longer want the product and request a refund, only 20% of the purchase price will be refunded.
